Topical Resource Guides The following topical guides were created to gather together helpful information for specific audiences or seasonal programs. They are updated on an annual basis and may be downloaded and reproduced as needed. The Help on the Home Front Military Resource Guide is a joint effort with the City of Tulsa Mayor’s Office. The Tulsa Area Free Clinic Coalition Directory is published by the Community Service Council of Greater Tulsa. The Directory's cover is here. The What Next? Reintegration Guide was developed in collaboration with The League of Women Voters. Please note: seasonal publications such as the Holiday Assistance Guide and Back-to-School Guide will be posted here when they become available. The Blue Book Directory is currently out-of-print. When the next edition is published, we will post information here!
