Community Service Council

2-1-1 Helpline is a program of the Community Service Council, a non-profit organization providing leadership to help the community work together to identify and address its health and human service needs.

With a focus on prevention, the Council works to improve conditions which promote the highest quality of life for all residents, as well as to assure a high-quality, cost effective, accessible, well-organized continuum of services.

In addition to 2-1-1 Helpline, the Council also sponsors service programs including the Child Care Resource Center, the Youthful Drunk Driving Prevention Program and Babyline.  Community planning and collaboration-building initiatives sponsored by the Council include the Homeless Services Network, Area Prevention Resource Center, Tulsa Human Response Coalition, Family Health Coalition, East Tulsa Prevention Coalition and more.
